Jefferson Frazier is "Of Counsel" to The Law Offices of Fred M. Duman & Associates.    His Law practice  includes: Real Estate Litigation, Business Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Eminent Domain, Arbitration and, Mediation.   Jefferson Frazier was  born in Laurinburg, North Carolina.  He was  admitted to the bar in California, 1967.   He attended and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy.  At Harvard University, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree( magna cum laude) in 1964; and a Juris Doctor in 1967.

His professional experience has included the following:  Deputy Attorney General, California Department of Justice, 1967-1971;  Lecturer for the California Continuing Education of the Bar on the topics of  Real Estate Broker Practice, 1979, 1988, 1991, 1994 and State and Local Administration Law, 1978;  Former Partner, Miller, Starr & Regalia, 1975-1994.

His Memberships include:  Bar Association of San Francisco; Contra Costa County, Alameda County and American Bar Associations; and, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
